Joyce's new single, "Underground Sunset", is a musical metaphor. Three parts, three changes in tempo, are repeated twice. They symbolise the tedious and inescapable recurrence of three moments in life: blindness, sudden awareness, and fall. In the end we all go round in circles, stepping in the same footsteps, over and over again. Luckily, in this song the final climax breaks this f**king loop.
