« Into An End » is the last song on the album « Selling Lies » released last spring, and it will be probably the last single from that release, at least before the end... of the year. So to wrap up 2024 the band is releasing a radio edit for that song specially for stations in Germany, Poland, UK and USA that have played their music recently. The song is very much an indie rock ballad, recalling as much The Pixies as The Red Hot Chili Peppers while retaining that special style and sound created by Stefski's singing and Hutch's playing, with much slide guitar in that case. The song is about « here and now » and is probably the coolest song on the album. Coming with the EP, is a surprising cover of Leonard Cohen's « Who by fire », re-discovered by Stefski through a PJ Harvey interpretation for a TV series, and recreated it into a very dynamic and rocking version while the original is quiet a meditative song. The second new track is an English version of the band's own Polish song « Taki Sam » that have, astonishingly enough, already been aired in Polish on a radio station in the UK, beyond the words, it is a very anthemic song about being all the same and yet all different, with an impressive vocal performance of both guys. It shows a bit more of a mellow side of the band, going deeper in the direction of the song « Into An End », pop, catchy and a bit retro, just as a good rock band should be.
