The Beasty Fan Music Club collective project back announces a new EP titled "Roots Reggae Party" that, really, says it all. The first single "Walk With Me", an original tune, rather up-tempo gives a good idea of their idea of roots jamaican inspirations from the 70's meeting contemporary production, feeling and performance. On Walk With Me, the French-Polish Stefski is backed vocally by Adam, an English alternative metal artist (Stolen From the Sky) for a kind of Warsaw-Birmingham reggae clash, sounding rootsy but fresh. For a few singles and an EP the BFMC becomes a reggae band, like in the past some other non-reggae artist did it, from Massive Attack and Thievery Corporation to Serge Gainsbourg and many others.
