WORKING SCHEDULE:
- Consulting on radio PR and related opportunities incl. goals for the release. Suitability assessment for radio.
- Tailor-made support with the radio single selection, incl. how editing the track according to German radio formats.
- Setup of customized timing according to clients requirements.
- Targeting of the relevant operating areas (media control stations, college and leftfield radio, online radio, special broadcasts, cultural radio formats) and the associated goal (appropriate placement in any format-relevant areas).
- Creating an artist reference landing page, as well as an EPK, which then will be send out to all German radio stations
- Digital mailout to a selected amount of radio station via MPN and DISCO
- On our in-house channels (FB, Insta, Linked In, Twitter/X) there is also a cutting-edge promotion as part of the release campaign in the social media area. No news is lost when it is directly shared, tweeted or posted
- Personal presentation to all responsible editors of public, private and independent radio stations and to other permanent presence of the artist through written updates, phone acquisition, and on-site processing
- Active airplay plugging in all relevant areas, daytime and evening programs and related special shows, depending on the genre with appropriate airplay charts positioning
- regular written reporting incl. airplay monitoring
- The campaign will last four weeks (Tastemaker Package) or eight weeks (Gamechanger Package) for each release. The promotion starts with the digital release, due to Spotify rules.
